When It comes to keeping track of bills and documents there are two kinds of people: those who keep all their papers neatly organized in manila folders.  And those who pile them in drawers, shoeboxes, or leave them strewn about their desks.  Manilla, a free app for both IOS and Android, can help both kinds.  It provides one password access to all of your bank accounts, rewards programs, household expenses and other important records.  A cloud based app, you use a single password to enter into your online “Manilla folders”.  You can get overviews of all your information, set up bill paying reminders and more.  This is a very handy way of consolidating all of those pieces of paper that demand your attention throughout the month.  If you already do much of your bill paying online, this saves you the problem of having to go to multiple sites and entering multiple passwords   If you are a good organizer you will appreciate this.  If you’re a shoebox filer, you should try it.  If you are ready to go paperless and try to stay organized. you will find Manilla’s usable, straightforward user interface is worth a look.
